We offer FREE pickup option in Crown Heights and in Georgetown (Please contact us regarding Georgetown Pickup).

Orders usually ships within 24 hours. Flat Rate Shipping is available via USPS/UPS with tracking.
Standard Shipping $4.95 (4-9 business days)
Express Shipping $7.99 (1-4 business days)
International shipping $22.99 (6-18 business days). OhTichel is not responsible for any Duty or Fees.

EASY RETURNS
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your Tichel, You have 5 from delivery to contact us for return authorization (Return Label can be provided if needed).
Tichels must be returned UNWORN, in original condition and packaging. Buyer pays for return shipping.
Once your Item(s) are returned a credit will be applied in the original form of payment within 3-5 business days.
